How should I care for your pottery?

My work is 100% dishwasher and microwave safe, so you can enjoy my pieces the same way you would your usual dinnerware.

Are your glazes safe?

The glazes I use are all food safe, lead-free, and tested for durability.

Is this really handmade?

Yes. Every step of the journey from ball of clay to finished piece is by hand.

My pots are formed on my pottery wheel, clay is pulled off the mug to create a handle if necessary and glazes are painted on by brush. No shortcuts are taken in creating my pieces. You can learn more about my process here.

Shipping

Shipping Timelines

Online orders for in-stock items are processed in 2 business days.

Preorder items will include an approximate shipping timeframe on their product pages.

Returns

In the unlikely event that goods are damaged in transit, please report it within 2 days of receiving the parcel by sending pictures of the damaged goods and packages to fourelevenpottery@gmail.com.

The broken items will be replaced or refunded. Otherwise, returns are not accepted.
